Dr. Anthony Marasco


Dr. Marasco grew up in Redmond, Washington, and has spent the past four years practicing in Hillsboro, Oregon. He has a passion for health and wellness that began when he was a child. A graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science, he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Marasco leads an active life, and in his free time he enjoys golfing, exercising, reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends. One of the things he loves about practicing chiropractic is the opportunity it gives him to meet new people.

Dr. Nereida Aguiar


Dr. Aguiar was born and raised in San Diego, Calif., obtaining her degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in physical therapy from CSUSM. She continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, Calif., where she received her doctorates. Upon graduating, she moved up to the Pacific Northwest and made Hillsboro her new home.

Dr. Aguiar is dedicated to help and educate others in living their best life through movement and holistic care. She has always been fascinated in how the human body works and how the body has the ability to heal itself with proper natural care.

Dr. Darcy Ricardo Ogloza


Dr. Ogloza grew up in the small town of Edson Alberta, Canada and attended the University of Alberta, where he completed a BSc in kinesiology before coming to the University of Western States in Portland OR. He has always enjoyed staying active and participating in recreational teams, which is why he decided to complete the master’s in sports medicine degree concurrently with the doctor of chiropractic (DC) program. 


Dr. Ogloza’s goals with every patient is to educate them on how and why they have pain and provide them the tools in order to help manage that pain through activity modification and rehabilitative exercises. In his free time he enjoys singing karaoke, playing soccer, video games, and spending quality time with friends and family.

WellCore Health and Chiropractic Joel

Joel Soto Rosario

Massage therapist

Hailing from Puerto Rico, Joel trained alongside physical therapists and chiropractors since beginning his massage therapy career in 2016. He provides specialized care to his patients through various modalities, such as deep tissue massage, shiatsu and Lomi-Lomi. He employs the use of heat and cold as well as using moderate to heavy pressure to complement chiropractic treatment.

Joel enjoys listening to ’90s music, drinking good coffee and exploring all the trails Oregon can provide.
WellCore Health and Chiropractic Zoey

Zoey Palen

Massage therapist

Zoey is an Alaska native and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2004. Her clinical focus has been in injury treatment and sports massage where she has had the opportunity to work with many different athletes, including players from the Portland Trailblazers. She uses multiple techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue and therapeutic relaxation.

When not at work, Zoe’s hobbies include biology, art comedy and video games.

Tiffany Ouchida

Massage Therapist

Tiffany is a 2018 graduate of the massage program at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon.  After acquiring their Oregon massage licensure the same year, Tiffany began working with chiropractors as a CA/LMT utilizing various modalities such as Swedish, Thai, deep tissue and structural massage.  What Tiffany enjoys most about working at WellCore is the opportunity to help others while learning from and working with the various skilled practitioners in the office.


Tiffany spends most of their time outside of work with family and friends doing various outdoor activities, photography/film and playing digital or tabletop games.

Bree Strassel

Chiropractic assistant

After years in the orthodontic field, Bree went back to school at The National Personal Training Institute to become a certified personal trainer. She opened a private studio for personal training clients, group training classes and soon after started working with a chiropractic office to help create a rehab program for patients in the office. Bree really enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel better as well as helping people achieve their wellness and fitness goals.

Outside of work Bree enjoys working out, riding quads, going to the beach and spending time with her husband, friends and family.

Jesse Ainslie

Chiropractic assistant

Jesse has been a chiropractic assistant since 2017. He attended Portland Community College and was enrolled in the fitness technology program. After finishing school in 2012, he accepted an internship with ADAPT Training. During this time, Jesse also began to coach boys lacrosse at the high school level. Jesse brings his experience and knowledge in body weight and functional training into a clinical setting to better his patients lives.

In his free time, Jesse enjoys spending as much time outside hiking, camping and taking in the Oregon landscape with family and friends.

Trent Calmer

Chiropractic assistant

Trent is a native Oregonian, growing up in Beaverton and attending Southridge High School. Trent completed a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Concordia University . A life-long athlete, Trent also played baseball and coached while attending Concordia. After college, Trent worked for three years at a baseball facility called Athletes in Motion where he trained athletes and coached baseball skills.

In his free time, Trent spends time playing sports and hanging out with friends and family. He also enjoys going to the gym with his co-workers.

Kendal Cederstam

Chiropractic assistant

Kendal was born and raised in Hood River, Oregon and loved growing up in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. She received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University in 2010. She then spent 3 years working at a family owned fitness center in Corvallis as a personal trainer and boot camp class instructor. After moving to the Portland area in 2013, she worked at Terwilliger Plaza as a wellness/life enrichment assistant. 


Kendal has played volleyball for over 15 years and still plays as much as she can. She is a huge sports fan (Go Beavers) and also enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and taking care of her many pets.

Karina Cisneros


After completing an 8-month program for medical billing and coding, Karina joined the WellCore team in March of 2016. She helps manage the front desk and will gladly help answer any questions you may have.

Out of the office, Karina likes to spend time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys going on long walks with her dog, knitting and volunteering her time in the community teaching about the Bible.
